Our Story

Mukhdi Ritya Natural & Organic Foods is not just a food brand — it is a ray of hope for the women of Uttarakhand who live and work in the most challenging conditions in the Himalayas.

For over a decade, the World Screech Foundation has empowered mountain women of Uttarakhand. Every jar of our ghee, every bottle of honey, and every pickle is crafted with ingredients hand-collected by these women — giving them dignity, income, and purpose.

Potency from the Clouds

At 11,000 ft, nature works differently. Our ingredients grow in the thin, pristine air of the high Himalayas — making them significantly more potent and nutrient-rich than ordinary, low-altitude produce.

• Himalayan Village Ghee — Made from milk of herb-fed cows grazing in pure mountain pastures. 1 glass of their milk equals the potency of 8 ordinary glasses.
• Pure Mountain Honey — Wild-harvested from Himalayan forests by our women, raw and unprocessed.

In 2014, Nitin Gautam founded the World Screech Foundation with one mission: to provide employment and dignity to economically vulnerable women living in the mountain villages of Uttarakhand. Over a decade of dedicated work, this foundation has been quietly transforming lives.

Our Founder

Nitin Gautam, from Uttarakhand, witnessed firsthand the struggles of mountain women and resolved to make a difference. His vision is simple: every woman of the hills should be self-reliant. Mukhdi Ritya Natural & Organic Foods is one step toward that vision.
