Refund and Returns Policy

At Mukhdi Ritya, we take great pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic products. Every product is carefully crafted using pure Himalayan herbs sourced by the mountain women of Uttarakhand. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or tampered upon delivery
• You received the wrong product
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price

2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please share the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Your Name and Phone Number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• For COD orders: Refund will be transferred via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

4. Partial Advance Payment (COD Orders)

If you paid a partial advance amount at the time of placing a COD order and wish to cancel before dispatch, the advance amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days via UPI/bank transfer.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or email
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, the advance payment (if any) will not be refunded

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a defective or wrong product, we will send a replacement after verifying your return request.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to reject a return request if:

• The product shows signs of use or tampering
• The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
• No proof (photo/video) of damage is provided
